Might this be a Scam app at work?Does it tell you to do certain things at a particular site which may then expose you to a virus, ask for a credit card # to Help you, etc, etc. ?Try to Contact MS if you think the Error Msg is Real. 1-866-PCSAFETY is Free MS Support IF the problem is from an Update. Not sure of the best MS Sppt phone to call but someone will offer it or you can Google. Good luck.
